You can delete your ImmiHub account and all the data you've stored with us at any time — from inside the app, or by submitting the request form on this page. ImmiHub is published by ImmiHub, Inc.
The in-app option is fastest. Use the form if you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in.
Use the email address on your ImmiHub account. We'll send a confirmation link to that address to verify the request — this protects your account from being deleted by someone else.
Either way you ask, the same thing happens.
We verify it's you (one-time code in the app, or a confirmation link by email). Your account is locked and you're signed out everywhere.
Nothing is deleted yet. Changed your mind? Sign in to the app and tap Keep my account. Everything is exactly as you left it.
Your documents, extracted dates, reminders, chats and profile are erased from our systems. This cannot be undone.
We email you once deletion is complete. You can sign up again any time with the same email — it starts fresh.

ImmiHub never sells your data. Deleting your account does not affect any copies of your documents you've downloaded or shared with your attorney.
Immigration documents are hard to replace. The grace period protects you if you deleted by mistake or change your mind. Nothing about your account is visible or usable during that time.
Yes. Download anything you want to keep from the Vault before you request deletion. After day 30 we can't recover them.
